SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy

How text messaging consent works here.

This page documents exactly how visitors to Compound Health Solutions consent to receive text messages, what those messages contain, and how to stop them at any time.

The opt-in flow

Consent is collected on a web form, one person at a time

We do not purchase, rent, or import phone numbers for messaging. Every number we text was entered by that person on a form on this website, with the consent box below checked.

Step 1

The visitor arrives at a form on this site

Consent is collected on /contact, /individuals, /calculator, /group-health, and /partners. All five use the identical consent language shown below, word for word.

Step 2

They enter their own contact details

Name, email, and phone number are typed by the visitor. Nothing is pre-filled, imported, or appended from a third-party list.

Step 3

They tick the consent checkbox

The box is unchecked by default and is a required field — the form cannot be submitted without it. The exact wording is reproduced below.

Step 4

Consent is recorded with the submission

The submission stores the consent flag, the page it came from, and a UTC timestamp, retained as proof of opt-in.

Exact consent language

What the visitor sees and agrees to

This is a faithful reproduction of the consent checkbox as it appears on every form on this site. It is not a summary.

As displayed on the live form

The asterisk marks it a required field. Submitting without it triggers a validation error and the form does not send.
